When placing an order in the Santa Monica Clinic online store, the standard delivery time for orders is 1-4 business days. Once the order is completed, you will receive an SMS and an email message with the estimated delivery time of the goods.

Delivery to parcel machines

If you have chosen delivery to a parcel machine, the delivery time is 2-3 business days, unless otherwise specified for the specific product.

Delivery fee to Omniva parcel machines – €2.99. This service is offered for orders that do not exceed 39 x 38 x 64 cm and their weight is < 30 kg.

Delivery fee to DPD parcel machines – €2.99. This service is offered for orders that do not exceed 61 x 44 x 37 cm and their weight is < 30 kg.

Once the order is placed in the parcel machine, you will receive a parcel machine opening code in a text message.

ATTENTION! The parcel must be removed from the parcel machine within 7 days, otherwise the parcel will be returned.

For other shipments, the parcel machine fee is calculated based on the weight of the shopping cart and the delivery location.

Home delivery

Home delivery is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
