In accordance with these Terms, “Santa Monica” SIA sells products posted on the website www.santamonica.lv. The Customer purchases products in accordance with the assortment specified in the online store and accepts it by confirming his order.
“Santa Monica” SIA uses the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number specified in the Customer’s order to communicate with the Customer. All notifications delivered to the Customer to the e-mail address and phone number specified in the order are considered received.
The images of the products displayed in the ONLINE STORE are as close to reality as possible, however, they may differ from the offered product. In order to clarify the characteristics of the product or to eliminate any ambiguities arising from or related to its ordering, as well as to avoid misunderstandings, the Customer has the right and opportunity to contact “Santa Monica” SIA by calling: +371 27337768, or by writing: [email protected].
We do not exchange or return any promotional and sale PRODUCTS purchased in the ONLINE STORE.
The ownership rights to the sold PRODUCTS are transferred from “Santa Monica” SIA to the Customer only when the Customer has made full payment for the received value of the GOODS to the settlement account indicated in the delivery note – invoice.
