Santa Monica was founded in Kamien Pomorski city, Poland, in 1989. Its founders included Dr. Donsbach from San Diego, Professor Lindahl from Linköping University Hospital, and the Polish government.
The initiative for establishing this clinic came from Per Rabe and Göran Asp, who were both involved with Hela Pharma AB, one of the leading dietary supplement manufacturers in Sweden. Dr. Donsbach was a prominent figure in holistic medicine in the United States, while Professor Lindahl was a leading figure in integrative medicine in Sweden. Santa Monica had close collaboration with Professor Björn Nordenström from the Karolinska Hospital in Stockholm, who invented Electrochemical Treatment (ECT) for cancer, now widely used worldwide. In 2007, Santa Monica relocated to Falun, Sweden. The clinic had close cooperation with Professor Ökerman and Dr. Henning Saupe, along with other leading specialists in Europe in this field. Professor Ökerman is a prominent figure in integrative medicine in Sweden.
Dr. Henning Saupe owns Arcadia clinic and is one of the leading figures in integrated cancer treatment in Europe. He is a partner of Santa Monica and successfully runs his clinic in Germany.
On February 21, 2023, following Göran Asp’s initiative, Santa Monica Clinic was relocated to a beautiful and serene location in the North of Latvia, in Nauksēni.
Based on well-established experience and modern scientific discoveries, we have developed our treatment programs aimed at stimulating and restoring the body’s self-healing abilities.
We employ integrative medicine methods, taking examples from leading clinics in Europe.
